Carrying out 11 financial controls on projects co-financed by the European Union in the framework of the Feaga funds for aid framed within the operational programs of the organizations of fruit and vegetable producers (Opfh). These Controls will be Centered In The Following Checks: 1. The Opfh Has Been Duly Recognized And Fulfills The Requirements And Obligations Provided In The Applicable Regulations. 2. The Operational Program Presented by the opfh has been approved within the terms and with the established requirements to the Regulations of Application, as well as Subsequent Modifications. 3. The Value of Marketed Production Has Been Calculated Correctly. 4. The Financing and Operating Fund Management Systems Are Adequate. 5. Payment Requests I The eligibility of the justified actions comply with the regulatory requirements, as well as the compliance with the regulations in relation to the presentation of three budgets from different suppliers as provided for in Article 31.3 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Of Subsidies, And Of A General Character The Principle Of Moderation Of Costs. 6. The Payment Requests Have Been Made On Time And Form, As Well As The Effective Collection Of The Aid And Its Correct Accounting. 7. Non-Competition With Other Incompatible Aids. 8. In the event that expenditure has been justified within Measure 6. Prevention and crisis management, this has been carried out in compliance with the provisions of the applicable regulations and within the limits...
