Catering service for protocol events (events of high-ranking officials towards third parties outside the Department) and/or institutional, organized by the Department of European Union and Foreign Action or events or conferences also organized by the Department that have a duration equal to or greater than 5 hours
Description of the provision: The Department of European Union and External Action proposes to start the procedure for the contracting of the catering service for protocol events (acts of high officials towards third parties outside the Department) and/or institutional, organized by the Department of European Union and External Action during the year 2026 and which can take place in the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona or in a radius of no more than 50 km, as well as for events or days organized by the Department that have a duration equal to or greater than 5 hours. Exclusions:• Ordinary work meetings of the Department's staff are excluded.• Also excluded are catering that must be held in a space where there is exclusivity with a certain company or those that are held outside the maximum radius of 50 km.• Also excluded is the provision of catering for congresses, conferences...
