Description:
Support services to the management and organization of events for the celebration of different promotional meetings and CDTI corporate and institutional activities, as well as the supply of promotional material to carry out the development of events.
Management support services CDTI promotion events
The winning company must support the technical management of the services associated with the preparation and development of the events in which the CDTI decides to have presence and participation and that are described in point 3.1.2 of the Technical Prescriptions.
Supply of promotional material for CDTI events.
The winning company must make the design, production and distribution of the promotional elements that are necessary for the celebration of events that the CDTI is held.
Institutional and Corporate Event Management Services of the CDTI.
The winning company must have the ability to offer comprehensive services that include the planning, organization, realization and evaluation of events, detailed in point 3.3.2 of the Technical Prescriptions, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance of current regulations.
