Lot 1 Elevators in Logroño The purpose of the centralized contracting is the comprehensive all-risk maintenance of the elevators of the General Administration of the Government of La Rioja, with the aim of ensure its proper functioning and comply with the requirements set out in “Royal Decree 355/2024, of April 2, which approves the Complementary Technical Instruction ITC AEM 1 Elevators, which regulates the commissioning, modification, maintenance and inspection of elevators, as well as increasing the safety of the existing elevator park.
