- Hiring of the provision of the Concierge and Cleaning Service of the Center for Vanguard and Innovation for Active, Autonomous and Healthy Development (hereinafter, "Centro Vidaas"), located in Sarriguren (Navarra).
Lot 1. Cleaning Service
This lot includes the cleaning service For the Lifeas Center. All the necessary tools for their performance, such as cleaning car and scrubbing equipment, useful for cleaning crystals, gloves and protective clothing will be facilitated.
Lot 2. Conjstation Service
This lot includes the concierge service for The Lifeas Center. The concierge position (lot 2), object of this tender must cover the entire opening schedule of the established center from Monday to Thursday from 09.00 and 18.00, uninterruptedly, on Fridays from 08:00 to 3:00 p.m., uninterruptedly and the months of the months of July and August (summer) from 08.00 to 15.00, uninterruptedly, with the human resources necessary to guarantee this schedule uninterrupted and covering the functions established in point 4 of the PCT. The position will be equipped with all technical, documentary tools, administrative and material necessary for the performance of the functions established therein, and these will comply with the necessary accessibility measures for the development of the job.
