- The contract is aimed at the provision of the ordinary and extraordinary cleaning service of the facilities of the Palace of Fairs and Congresses of Malaga as well as other spaces that can be determined by FYCMA in the exercise of their activity including all the material personnel machinery products and means necessary for correct execution of the service
The service will be developed according to the requirements of each event or activity organized by FYCMA including assemblies disassembly and intermediate phases guaranteeing at all times an optimal cleaning state and hygiene in all spaces
The service comprises the cleaning of offices Common areas Assets meeting rooms Exhibition areas External areas warehouses and any other space designated by FYCMA with the possibility of including additional cleaning services in holidays or at times special
The assigned personnel must have the appropriate training for the performance of their functions as well as the necessary individual protection equipment, the awarded to guarantee the immediate replacement of the personnel in case of absences as well as maintain the quality of the service borrowed
FYCMA may require the provision of the service in other facilities other than its main headquarters according to the needs of its activity always within the municipal term of Malaga
