Description:
The purpose of the contract is the provision of a successive tract service of cleaning offices and facilities of administrative buildings that depend on the autonomous body Tax Agency Madrid in a more respectful way with the environment. Their relationship and characteristics arespecify in the specific technical prescriptions.described in section a) of Annex I of the Plus of particular Administrative Clauses (PCAP) and defined in the specific technical prescriptions (PPTP), in which the factors of any order to be taken into account are specified. In the same section, reference is also referred toadministrative needs to be met through the contract.
Bidders may opt for a lot, or both lots, as a maximum number of lots per bidder is not established, as stipulated in section a) of Annex I of the PCAP.
