  The service to be provided consists in the collection, surveillance and control of lost animals Or abandoned, every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, including holidays (24 -hour service), the care and health care of received animals, with sufficient dedication in time and appropriate means, as well as the awareness, training and awareness of the residents of the municipalities in which the service for the promotion of foster care and adoption is provided. The provision of the service will be carried out in the municipal terms of the local entities related to point 2 of the PPTP, in terms of visits and collection, and in the center and facilities of the contractor company regarding the remaining benefits.
  The contract will have an initial duration of 2 years with two possible extensions, of 1 year each.
