- The purpose of this contract is the collection, transport, shelter and adoption service of abandoned, lost, lost or transferred animals by their owners, and emergency service for the collection and veterinary attention of these animals, as well as collecting and incineration of animals dead. Captivity: Without known owner, abandoned, lost, lost, assigned by its owner, dead, confiscated, seized, etc., transport, hostel, Adoption and, ultimately, sacrifice by veterinary prescription and incineration of animal corpses, as well as an emergency service for the collection and veterinary attention of these animals, in the municipality of Cadiz, all preserving animal welfare and conditions health and safety, in order to comply with the provisions of Law 11/2003, of November 24, on the protection of the animals of Andalusia and Law 7/2023, of March 28, on the protection of the rights and well -being of animals, and other development regulations approved throughout the validity of the contract.
