- The object of the contract constitutes the hiring of the Collective Life Insurance of the Diputacion de Valencia, as a policyholder, for the groups described in the Technical Prescriptions to give coverage to the risks described in arts. To legal-labor regime, non-sanitary sector, 127 of the Agreement of Conditions of the Official Personnel, Non-Sanitary Sector and 41 of the Collective Agreement of the personnel that provide their services at the Psychiatric Hospital of Betera, Mental Health Areas and workers assigned to the Acute Units or brief hospitalization of the hospitals of the Valencian Health Services Service, and whose technical specifications are also collected in the Technical Prescriptions.
