- Comprehensive design, executive production, technical coordination and operational management service for specific spaces of the Talent Arena 2026 event, promoted by Fundació Barcelona Mobile World Capital Foundation (Exp. A/F202526/S) Description of the benefit: The object of the contract consists of the provision of a comprehensive design service, executive production, technical coordination and operational management of the specific spaces within the framework of the Talent Arena 2026 event, promoted by MWCapital. The service will include, at a minimum, the four (4) functional blocks described in section 3 of the Technical Prescription Document (PPT): (i) Design and adaptation of the specific spaces to the general concept of the event; (ii) Executive production and assembly of the spaces, including the provision of materials, audiovisual elements, furniture and necessary technical equipment; (iii) Technical and operational coordination during the event, including supervision and maintenance; and(iv)General project management, follow-up and closure.
