Description:
The purpose of this specifications is to regulate the technical conditions that must govern the contracting of the integral, preventive and corrective technical maintenance service of the buildings and their facilities, attached to the General Directorate of Management and Surveillance of the circulation of the City Council ofMadrid, in order to guarantee its conservation, operation, use and optimal performance, as well as the works derived from the organization of spaces that could occur.
In general, the works, carried out periodically, will consist of:
- Replacement of exhausted or defective elementsof the buildings and their facilities, referred to in the present specifications.buildings and their facilities.
- CleanThe dependencies of the reference buildings, which guarantee that they are in optimal conditions for use. Of mobility agents.
