The most appropriate option is to have companies that have the capacity to carry out maintenance.Comprehensive maintenance service, which includes preventive, technical, legal and corrective maintenance. In general, the comprehensive maintenance services to be carried out by the contractor will be those that affect the facilities and equipment, as well as the construction elements inherent to them.both, as will be defined later in the Technical Prescription Document.
