Description:
The purpose is to contract the comprehensive maintenance service of buildings and premises (including their equipment and facilities), and their outdoor spaces, assigned to the General Directorate of SAMUR Civil Protection of the Madrid City Council, so that the value of the property is maintained without diminishing. property, the operation, use and optimal performance of the buildings are guaranteed in accordance with the needs of the Service to which they are assigned and the works derived from the organization of spaces that may be needed are carried out, including all automatic doors for passage of vehicles and pedestrians, in order to comply with the obligations established by regulations, and especially those indicated in the Technical Building Code and mandatory Regulations.
The contract is structured in the following two lots:
LOT 1: Building Maintenance. This lot includes the maintenance of the buildings, their facilities and outdoor spaces.
This lot exclusively includes the maintenance of the automatic doors installed in the buildings covered by the contract.
