Description:
The purpose of the contract is the provision of the integral maintenance service (preventive, corrective, 24 -hour service, bidirectional communication) of all elevators, forklifts, mountapats, platforms, salvaescaleras, currently 273 elevators, which are found in thecenters attached to the Madrid Social Attention Agency (AMAS), in order to ensure proper functioning and complying with Royal Decree 355/2024, of April 2, which approves the complementary technical instruction ITC AEM 1 , which regulates the setting inService, modification, maintenance and inspection of the elevators, as well as the increase in the security of the existing elevators park, hereinaTo people with intellectual disabilities, 2 social dining rooms
