Description:
Regulatory preventive, corrective and technical-legal maintenance of the general installations of elevators and hoists translated into the performance of the various inspection, review, control and repair operations that, in general, are indicated in Royal Decree 2291, of 8 November 1985, which approves the Regulations for Lifting and Handling Devices, and RD 355/2024, of April 2, which approves the Complementary Technical Instruction AEM-1 "Elevators", which regulates the commissioning, modification, maintenance and inspection of elevators, as well as increasing the safety of the existing elevator park.
