- Description of the service: Integral management of the water supply in the municipality, including, on the one hand, the potable water distribution network for supplying the population, and on the other, the non-potable water network for irrigation and other municipal uses. Integral management must be understood as all the set of services, supplies and works contained in the Specification and in the rest of the tender documents, aimed at offering a comprehensive service with respect to the municipality's potable and non-potable water networks. Works, investments and actions are included in the scope of the contract renewal and improvement, both initial and periodic, as well as the drinking water supply service to citizens. At a functional level, the general scope of the contract begins at the point of receipt or collection of water from own or external sources, and ends at the point of delivery of the water to the end user (user meter, potable water fountain, ornamental fountain, hydrant, hydrant, non-potable water spout, perico, or similar element). With regard to external sources, the scope of the contract begins at the water reception points of the Ens Aiguees Ter-Llobregat. As for own sources (underground wells), the scope of the contract begins at the catchment point itself, and in this case includes the maintenance, control and operation of the catchment point.
