The purpose of this contract is the integral supply of equipment and materials, engineering, MANUFACTURE, CONTROL, ASSEMBLY AND COMMAND OF A CONDUCT MICRORRED IN CONTRACT (DC BUS) To connect the different green hydrogen production equipment and energy storage at the Technology Development Center of the City of Energy Foundation - Ciuden - Ciuden F.S.P.
In accordance with article 18 of the LCSP, in relation to the provisions of article 3 of Directive 2014/24/EU, this contract is qualified as mixed since it includes benefits of the supply contract and the service contract, determining the supply as the main object as the main object since it is the most estimated value of the respective services and supply. Both benefits configure a justified global benefit this fact in the case of indivisible benefits that will allow obtaining a continuous current food micorred to connect different Green hydrogen production systems, production and storage of electrical energy that constitute a single functional unit cannot obtain the supply without the engineering necessary for its design, being technical reasons that support this mixed hiring.
