- Description:
- The purpose of this contract consists of the provision of computer maintenance services for the economic-financial information system of the University of Barcelona; specifically, the functional part of the solution and the provision of services administration and technical support of SABE systems. The hardware and operating system support services of the technological part are not the subject of the contract. The provision of the service will have to include, always under the direction and supervision of the team responsible for the University of Barcelona: - Corrective maintenance. Technical support and activities aimed at resolving incidents reported to the University of Barcelona or detected in the support center of the service provider company. Resolution of incidents of all the software that makes up the Atenea-Ecofin solution and maintenance of the system in correct operation, advice and support to users. - Carrying out evolutionary developments on already implemented functionalities. - Realization evolutionary with modules already implemented and/or integration with new modules. - Realization of new modules to replace the current ones that are already obsolete. - Monthly generation of a report detailing the health status of the different systems. - Documentation of the procedures related to the maintenance service, both specific and technical documentation, planned tasks and tests. - Preventive maintenance.
