Description of the provision: This specifications are to regulate the tender and subsequent award of the granting of privative use for the use and exploitation of the kiosk-bar, with complementary toilets, of municipal property, located in the area of the Pont de les Mores, called "l'Aigat". (InForward, the kiosk) The kiosk is located in the Ronda del Somatent, 17 B. Service:- Service scope: The service includes the kiosk-bar with Terrassa, and the toilets. The purpose is to provide service for the users of the parking park and offer a social meeting point.- Control and cleaning service: the concessionaireYou will have to carry out the tasks of controlling and cleaning the recreational area around the kiosk-bar and the toilets, which are public and open to all, the privative use will be specified in the exploitation of the kiosk-bar, and municipal ownership toilets, which will be used for the activityFrom the bar-cafeteria service and the toilets open to the public, the installation of the kiosk is a structure on the ground floor, with a single room, with a counter and shelves.
