Establish the rules for the selection of a contractor specialized in the integral management of the Municipal Ribadeo Service together with the facilities of the Concello de Trabada, with which there is an agreement, integrating all the activities that make up the services related to the usedomestic water, and especially those referred to the supply and supply of drinking water; the collection and purification of wastewater; and the conduction of the effluent to the receiving environment.
