Description:
The justification of the contract is due to the need for the municipality to manage the service to promote tourist activity, as well as kiosks and markets, in accordance with the provisions of article 25.2, sections h) and i), of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, since the aforementioned services are constituted as essential that the municipality must guarantee and provide in order to satisfy the needs and aspirations of the neighborhood community.
