Description:
The conservation of buildings assigned to central services of the Ministry is an extensive and meticulous job, complicated by their daily use, age, the constant movements of personnel and the continuous adaptation to increasingly demanding and detailed technical regulations (to which is added thes determinations of the last ITE inspections), all of which requires a large number of preventive and corrective interventions, comprising tasks/trades whose development must be immediate and, at the same time, does not require (due to its limited technical scope) a project or work contract. The Officecialia Mayor does not have the necessary technical or human means to meet this need, so contracting with a specialized company is necessary.
The last extension of the current contract ends in June 2025, so the file for a new contract must start studyingd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28e in 2024. The current contract relates to the following buildings to be served:
• Calle Alcala, numbers 5, 7, 9 and 11
• Calle Alberto Bosch, n 16
• Calle Atocha, n 3
• Cuzco Complex: Calle Alberto Alcocer , n2 (*)/Paseo de la Castellana, n162(*) /Panama, n1(*)
• Costanilla de los Desamparado Streetd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28s, n 14 and Atocha street, n 85
• Avenida. General Peron, n 38 (*)
• Jose Abascal Street, n 4 (1st and 2nd floors) (*)
• Serrano Street, n 35.
