In accordance with the provisions of article 231 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, for which the Directives of the European Parliament and of the 2014/23/212 Council and 2014/24/EU of February 26, 2014 (hereinafter February 26, 2014 (hereinafter LCSP) are projectwritten by the architects Eduardo Fernandez Fernandez, Andres Diego Llaca and Jeremias Sampedro Rodriguez in February 2024 and visa by the Ministry of Planning of the Territory, Urban Planning, Housing and Citizen Rights dated July 15, 2024, and approved by resolution of the Ministryof education of July 19, 2024, which accurately defines the object of the contract through the set of technical characteristics and determinations for the correct execution of the works, containing the set of documentation legally required and according to which the work is executed
