• PRELIMINARY CONSULTATION TO THE MARKET OF THE PUBLIC INNOVATION PROCUREMENT PROJECT OF THE PROJECT “PHYSICAL SEPARATION SYSTEM OF SYNGAS GASES FROM AGRO-INDUSTRIAL BIOMASS GASIFICATION”. The Agricultural and Fisheries Research and Training Institute of Andalusia and Organic Production (hereinafter IFAPA), develops R&D&i activities aimed at sustainable valorization of agroindustrial byproducts, in line with the energy transition and the circular economy. Historically, IFAPA has committed to gasification using pyrolysis as a mature and low-cost technology. However, the current model based on the direct combustion of syngas to generate electrical or thermal energy has lost profitability due to the drop in prices. electricity prices and the reduction of incentives.
