Description of the service: The object of this contract is the consulting service on the way of managing the landfill service and specifically: Economic and legal analysis of the current operation of the landfill, especially the control of the scale (weights ), inputs and outputs of the alandfill, origin of the waste and its registration and communication of the data to the Bergueda County Council, analysis of annual income and expenses and review of the operating accounts of the company that provides the service, analysis of the initial and current existing investments and valuenet, determination of the legal-labor situation of the staff affected by the service and analysis of the application of the operating manual. Strong and weak points and proposals for improvement. Report on the form of service management analyzing the different forms. proposal
