- The development of computer applications is a complex process that involves a set of steps within which is the management of software quality and evaluation of what has been delivered, both from the point of view of productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, as well as compliance withRequirements on which development was defined in its initial analysis. In order to provide IAM support in the management of productivity and software quality in the application development and maintenance process, a productivity and software quality office is needed thatCover the following needs:
* support IAM for the constitution of an organizational structure that allows it to act as a software development platform by the Madrid City Council.
* Serve as support for IAM Development Projects in Evaluation and Managementof the quality of the software of their applications within the scope of their respective projects.
* Develop proposals and recommendations on the management modelIntegral of the quality of the software used in the development of applications by IAM.
* Perform consulting and mediation tasks for IAM project managers in software quality management in the development of applications for which they are responsible.
