- The object of hiring is the provision of consulting services to support the IAM productivity and software quality office in the process of development and maintenance of computer applications managed.
The character of the service is transversal to IAM counting Initially in its scope of action the contracts reflected in Annex VII of the PPTP and any other contract that from the moment of its adjudication contemplates it in its specifications of technical prescriptions (PPT).
The main functions of the Software productivity and quality office will be:
• Support IAM for the constitution of an organizational, technical and procedural structure that allows it to act as a software development platform by the Madrid City Council.
• Provision of IAM Development Projects managers in the evaluation and management of the productivity and software quality of its applications within the scope of their respective projects.
• Evaluate, study and develop reports and command tables of the current situation of the application model Software of IAM contracts.
• Develop proposals and recommendations on the integral management model of the productivity and quality of the software used in the development of applications by IAM.
