Description of the benefit: This is a restricted projects competition with jury intervention, with payments (compensations) to the participants selected to participate in the Se-Gona Phase and that their proposals have not been excluded.and the drafting services of the draft, the basic and executive project and the health and safety study will be formalized, and the possibility of awarding and formalizing the optional direction of the work is established.
