Description:
The purpose of this contract is an improvement service continues and control of applications to the corporate databases managed by the area of technologies and communication of the University of Barcelona.
The scope of the service contemplates:
-Aportation of a tool that allows the analysisof the behavior of applications from the optics of the database.
-There do a daily review of the performance of the productive environments of the databases from the point of view of the applications they access.
-Ment a monthly report.
-Take maximum response speed toguarantee the availability and safety of the databases carrying out all the necessary preventive and reactive tasks.
-Ambarity and transition of the service.
-Retorno of the service.
-Bols of hours: the service must include a 700 hours of expert technician.
