CONTR 20223 804300 FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES IN ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS (LOW AND HIGH VOLTAGE, GENERATING GROUPS AND LIGHTNING ARRESTERS), IN PHOTOVOLTAIC INSTALLATIONS, IN THERMAL INSTALLATIONS (BOILER AND AIR CONDITIONING), IN WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND IN CLO SYSTEMSRATION EXISTING IN CENTERS MANAGED BY THE ENVIRONMENT AND WATER AGENCY OF ANDALUCIA
The need to be covered is to carry out preventive, technical-legal maintenance, corrective maintenance, warnings or emergencies in high and low voltage electrical installations, generating sets, lightning rods, photovoltaic installations, thermal installations, wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) and water chlorination systems for human consumption, existing in certain centers managed by THE AGENCY. Specifically, it extends to equipment with personalized attention.as visitor centers, information points, cork sub-library, restaurants or accommodation. It also includes the issuance of certificates, preventive inspection reports, regulatory inspections by an authorized body with issuance of the corresponding minutes, preparation of budgets.positions to correct anomalies and update the maintenance books in which the activities carried out will be recorded.
