CONTRACT FOR CLEANING SERVICES OF THE DEPENDENCIES OF THE MUNICIPAL SOCIETY DE COMUNICACIO DE TERRASSA S.A., IN THE FARINERA BUILDING (reserved contract additional provision 4ª LCSP 9/2017) AND CINEMA CATALONYA
Description of the service: The object of the contract is the provision of the cleaning service for the premises and facilities of the Sociedad Municipal de Comunicació de Terrassa, S.A. (SMCT), in the two work centers in which it currently carries out its activity, located in the Farinera building and in the Cinema Catalunya. The object of the contract is divided into 2 lots: Lot 1 - Installations of the Societat Municipal de Comunicació de Terrassa, S.A. in the Terrassa Farinera building, Plaça de la Farinera, 5, Terrassa. Reserved for Special Employment Centers and placement companies. In accordance with the provisions of additional provision 4a of the LCSP and the service instruction for the inclusion of clauses and social criteria in the public procurement of Terrassa City Council and its dependent entities, participation in the Lot 1 award procedure in the Terrassa Flour building is reserved for Special Employment Centers (CET), which are that...
