Provision of a comprehensive service, in an outpatient regime, aimed at adolescents and young people in street or disconnected from a protection system resource, which are in high vulnerability and without standardized residential alternative. The service of Directs, in a way Special, to people who present a consumption of psychoactive substances and/or mental disorders, and who require an accompaniment and linking process to specialized services in the areas that affect their risk situation.

The object of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive care service, in an outpatient regime, aimed at adolescents and young people in street or disconnected from a resource of the protection system, which are in a situation of vulnerability and without an alternative standardized residential.
