- Description of the provision: The subject of this procurement procedure is the provision of the service of invigorating physical activity and gymnastics for the elderly aged 60 and over and pensioners in the Municipal Home for the Elderly for an initial period of one year with the possibility of one year of extension This service will be provided in accordance with the clauses detailed below together with the technical specifications, in accordance with the instructions transmitted by the Corporation. This service consists of gentle exercises specially designed to improve the physical conditions of the elderly people, contributing to the improvement of their well-being. The service consists of guiding, energizing the space and giving the appropriate instructions to the participants in the execution of practical physical exercises, which they can also practice later without the facilitator. This service will be carried out at dependencies of the Municipal Home for the Elderly. It will be offered weekly, for three hours, corresponding to one hour for each group, in the morning, preferably on Wednesday mornings, from 9.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., from 10.45 a.m. to 11.45 a.m. and from 12.00 p.m. to 1.00 p.m., from January to mid-July, and from September to December taking into account the Easter and Christmas holiday calendar.
