Description of the benefit: the object of the Contract is the provision of the External Advisory, Consulting and Management Service in the field of data protection and the functions of Data Protection Delegate (DPD): Inspection, development of proposals, issuance of reports and recommendations in the field of data protection as well as the Interlocution as responsible or in charge of the treatment before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) and the Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT).
