Description:
Description of the provision: This contract aims at the services of production of informative contents and others of local interest by the municipal radio station of the City of Santpedor, located in the Nau, on the Crossing Sant Francesc d'Assis, which emits by radio frequency at 90.0 FM, in accordance with the conditions and characteristics that will appear in the specifications of particular administrative clauses and the specifications of technical prescriptions that will be drafted for incorporation into the file of the tender of the service. The contracting is made with the aim of offering the neighbors of the municipality a set of content aimed at the satisfaction of their democratic, social, educational and cultural needs, guaranteeing their access to truthful, objective and balanced information and the various social and cultural expressions; Quality, disseminate and promote the Catalan language and fulfill, in everything that corresponds to the local level of this service, the public service missions related to article 26 of Law 22/2005, of December 29, on the audiovisual communication in Catalonia. For several programs that the contractor company has to broadcast.
