- Description of the provision: This contract aims at the following services in the scanning, international protection, voluntary return and homologations of studies, as well as training in these matters: a) The Legal Advisory Service to the citizens linked to the municipality of Esparreguera in the field of foreigners, international protection, voluntary return and the legal framework of the stranger; b) The service of approval and/or equivalences of study and training guidance and accreditation of competences; c) The completion of two annual training sessions aimed at foreigners that They reside in Esparreguera or maintain a link with this municipality and want to regulate their administrative situation or improve their social and labor integration, regarding the following modules: Module B: It offers basic labor knowledge, with a minimum duration of 15 hours. Includes information about Labor rights and duties, contracting, derisce prevention and access to the labor market. Modul C: provides knowledge about Catalan society and its legal framework, also with a minimum duration of 15 hours.
