- Description of the provision: The object of the contract is the provision of the integral service of maintenance of the equipment and installations against fires of the buildings and municipal offices of the municipality of Vallirana. These equipment and facilities to maintain include the following types:• Fire extinguishers• Equipped fire hydrants (BIE's)• Fire protection installations (smoke/temperature/flame detectors, fire detection centrals, alarm buttons, sirens etc.)• Installations of CO detection (CO detectors, CO detection centrals, sirens, etc.)•Automatic extinguishing installations (extinguishing gas cylinders, smoke and temperature detectors, detection and extinguishing central, push buttons, illuminated signs)•Emergency lighting (signage and evacuation) • Signage The contract foresees the costs of preventive/normative maintenance, corrective maintenance resulting from the use and deterioration of the facilities. Likewise, the contract also provides for taking charge of the maintenance of new facilities that the City Council carries out or receives from third parties within the next few years of the contract, in case of expansion of facilities in relation to the current inventory.
