Description of the provision: This contract is intended to be the provision of the Oladan City Council of prevention service of Sant Feliu de Llobregat, extended to all municipal work centers, in accordance with the provisions of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the prevention of occupational risks and Royal Decree 39/1997, of January 17, which approves the Regulation of Prevention Services, and other regulations with an impact on the prevention of occupational risks and in accordance with the conditions established in the specifications of technical prescriptions, for the development of all activities Occupational risk preventive (work safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics and applied psychosociology) and work medicine-health vigilance for all staff of the City of Sant Feliu de Llobregat, including any other activity that may arise from compliance of the legislation indicated
