Description of the service: SUITABILITY OF THE CONTRACT The object of this contract is the service of preventing occupational risks and monitoring the health of the staff (official and occupational) of all the work centers of the Agramunt City Council in accordance with the provisions of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the prevention of occupational risks, Royal Decree 39/1997, of January 17, which approves the regulations of the services of prevention and Law 54/2003, of December 12, reforming the regulatory framework for the prevention of occupational risks, as well as any other activity that may derive from the indicated legislation. The set of services that make up the execution of the contract and that must be developed by the successful tenderer will affect the four specialties of the occupational risk prevention service: • Safety at work. • Industrial hygiene. • Ergonomics and Applied psychosociology. • Medicine at work (Collective and individual health surveillance).
