- Description of the provision: Contracting of the provision of the Home Assistance Service of the Sant Pere de Ribes Town Council, with a harmonized regulation modality, in accordance with this set of particular administrative clauses and set of technical prescriptions. The home help service (SAD) is an organized and coordinated set of actions and benefits that are basically carried out in the person's home and/or usual environment, offering comprehensive and personalized care to people and coexistence units aimed at people who, due to age, dependency and/or disability, have limited autonomy to carry out the basic activities of daily life or require permanent attention. The aim is to keep the person in their usual environment and thus achieve their maximum level of quality of life, well-being and autonomy. They have an assistance, preventive, socio-educational character for individuals and family units, as well as support for caregivers. It is included in the Individual Social Care Plan and includes personal care functions, help at home, social and family support and relationship with the environment. The Home Care Service includes the Technologies of support and care for the person (including teleassistance) and the home help service.
