• Contract for the provision of maintenance, conservation and cleaning services for gardens, public parks, green areas, other public garden areas, municipal plots... The object of the contract is the provision of the maintenance, conservation and cleaning of gardens, public parks, green areas, other public garden areas, municipal plots, municipal trees and lake in the Feliciano Hernández park, in Navalcarnero (Madrid), with the technical characteristics established in the Technical Prescription Specifications. The annual bidding base budget during the 5 years of the contract, which must be improved downwards, is as follows (Clause 10 of the PPT): Year 2026 (9.5 months): 2,103,572.70 euros, VAT included Year 2027: 2,744,126.68 euros, VAT included Year 2028: 2,865,031.92 euros, VAT included Year 2029: 2,984,747.92 euros, VAT included Year 2030: 3,123,183.06 euros, VAT included Year 2031 (2.5 months): 672,352.29 euros, VAT included The budget Total bidding base during the 5 years of the contract will be 14,493,014.57 euros, VAT included, and must be improved downwards. This amount is broken down into: - 12,668,719.02 euros, as tax base. - 1,064,172.41 euros, as VAT (21%). - 760,123.14 euros, in VAT (10%).
