Description:
The object of the contract is the provision of the waste collection service, street cleaning and management of the Navalcarnero Clean Point (Madrid), with the technical characteristics established in the Technical Prescription Document. The base budget of annual tender (LV + RSU) during the 5 years of the contract, and which must be improved downwards is as follows (Clause 9 of the PPT): Year 2026 (7 months): 2,721,307.08 euros, VAT included Year 2027: 4,831,236.77 euros, VAT included Year 2028: 5,016,644.09 euros, VAT included Year 2029: 5,157,447.37 euros, VAT included Year 2030: 5,303,318.57 euros, VAT included Year 2031 (5 months): 2,272,685.55 euros, VAT included The total bidding base budget (LV + RSU) during the 5 years of the duration of the contract will be 25,302,639.44 euros VAT included, and must be improved downwards. This amount is broken down into: - 23,002,399.49 euros, as tax base. - 2,330,239.95 euros, in VAT (10%). Estimated contract value: 23002399.49 euros, taking into account the total amount of the contract, excluding VAT.
