Description:
The object of this contract is the public street and beach cleaning service in the municipality of Almeria.
This service includes cleaning waste abandoned in public spaces including beaches, cleaning stains, graffiti, emptying, washing and maintenance. of litter bins, removal of unwanted weeds and bushes, as well as transporting the collected waste to specific treatment facilities.
Law 7/1985, of April 2, on the Bases of the Local Regime, in its article 25.1, attributes to the municipalities the promotion of all kinds of activities and provision of any public services that contribute to satisfying the needs and aspirations of the neighborhood community, pointing out, among others, in article 26, the powers regarding environmental protection and street cleaning.
