Description of the provision: Contract of works for the rehabilitation and improvement of the isolation of the roofs of the buildings of the Nordic ski resorts of Lles de Cerdanya, Aransa and Sant Joan de l'Erm, framed in the Tourist Sustainability Plan in destinations "all Nordic.Tourista of the Nordic ski destinations of Catalonia ' of the Commonwealth of Municipalities for the promotion of Nordic ski slopes, funded by Next Generation EU, in execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (hereinafter, PRIT) established by Royal Decree Law 36/2020,of December 30, which approves urgent measures for the modernization of the public administration and for the execution of the PRIT and by the Regulation (EU) 2020/2094 of the Council, of December 14, 2020, which establishes an instrument of recovery of the European Union to support the recovery.After the COVID-19 crisis, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of February 12, 2021, which establishes the mechanism of recovery and resilience (hereinafter,MRR).
