Supply contract for rental and technical assistance of sound and lighting equipment for cultural activities and events included in festivals organized or promoted by the Hon. Galdar Town Hall
The City Council of Galdar, for the correct celebration of the different activities that are organized throughout the year, needs to have supplies of Equipment and Assistance Lighting and Sound Technique
The functions to be developed will be the following:
a) Installation, assembly and disassembly of sound and lighting equipment along with the supporting structures for such elements, connection wiring, distribution and protection, including maintenance and provision of sound and lighting technical services for the events scheduled by the Galdar City Council for the next four years.
Support lighting technical staff during the entire duration of rehearsals and performances; and production manager in charge of supervising and coordinating all the technical and human elements involved in the realization and production of the events scheduled by the Galdar City Council, according to the breakdown included herein sheet.
c) Transportation of material.
