Description of the benefit: The object of this contract is the contracting of the supplyAs a lease and the installation of the Christmas lights and motifs needed to decorate the various streets, squares and municipal buildings during the Christmas period, in accordance with the characteristics specified in the technical specifications.Mixed contract of supply and services in accordance with articles 16, 17 and 18 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, of public sector contracts (hereinafter LCSP) .At that the amount of the supply is higher than that of the service, as derived from the technical report of the beginning of the file,The regime applicable to the preparation and award of this contract will be provided by the contracts of supply in the terms of article 16 of the LCSP, on the other hand, in accordance with article 122.2 of the LCSP, the legal regime applicable to the purposes, compliance and extinction will be determined by depending onto the rules applicable to the different features fused.
