Description of the provision: The need for the contract is part of the need to carry out the actions of consolidation and structural and artistic restoration of the west wing of the cloister of the collegiate church of Sant Pere d'Ager, a heritage good of high historical and cultural value. This interventionIt is essential to guarantee the structural stability of the building, affected by various constructive pathologies and material deterioration that jeopardize its conservation, both physical and patrimonial, and the project defines specific actions, such as the consolidation of the walls and theMost factories, as well as the restoration of the sculptural elements - both exterior and interior - that are part of the Gothic complex of the cloister. These actions are intended to ensure compliance with the basic quality of building requirements, as established by Law 38/1999,of construction of the building, as well as the current technical rules included in the Technical Code of the Building. The projected intervention also responds to the need to promote the research, knowledge and dissemination of historical and artistic heritage through the study of the original materials andConstructive and sculptural techniques, which contributes to enriching the cultural value of the whole, and the suitability of the contract is determined by the specialized nature of the actions, which require the execution of rigorous and adapted conservation work adapted to the conservation-restoration work....
