- Description of the provision: The object of the contract is the execution of the works for the modification of the installation of sanitary hot water at the Vall de Ribes de Ribes de Freser residence, managed by SUMAR, Public Services of Social Action of Catalonia, MP, SL- in addition to add more than theSupply of the necessary equipment, according to the technical project, which is attached to this specifications as the technical specifications.This is a construction contract, typified in article 13 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, of public sector contracts (LCSP), while the supply of the necessary equipment for the production of hot water is a supply contract, typified in article 16LCSP.
