Description:
Description of the service: The object of the contract is the adaptation of a sector of the building of the Municipal Employment Service, located at Carrer Narcis Xifra i Masmitja no. 43 17005 in Girona. The object is suitable because the intervention focuses on the adaptation of the space joining the two buildings, where there is the main access entrance and the reception, resolves the identified needs and provides the center with adequate functionality for the development of its functions and activities. Likewise, this intervention will allow a better conservation of the building and the parts that make it up, extending it its life cycle. The service, in particular, consists of:- the renovation and adaptation of interior carpentry elements.- provision of custom-made fixed furniture.- paving of the entrance and part of the corridors that converge on it- adaptation of the roof to improve energy efficiency- facilities of climate, lighting, electricity and IT network.
